This map shows the elevation contours of the bedrock subcrop for the title map area, plotted on a topographic base. Data sources were coal exploration holes, seismic shotholes, and water well drillers' logs. Inset maps show data density by township, drift thickness and preglacial bedrock valley talwegs.
