Abstract

Ten short papers are presented describing selected investigations of interest carried out by the Groundwater Division of the Research Council during its early years. Included are areal investigations and microbasin study, reports on bedrock topography and bedrock channel distribution, results of an artificial recharge and of an induced infiltration project, and a discussion of geophysical prospecting for groundwater. Appendices list hydrologic units and equations in common use.
