Updated Bedrock Topography and Sediment Thickness in the Alberta–Northwest Territories Transboundary Region (ASCII Grid)

This dataset includes the modelled elevation surface of the bedrock topography and sediment thickness above bedrock  in the Alberta–Northwest Territories transboundary region. It updates the previous bedrock topography and sediment thickness surfaces with a single seamless surface across the region. The surface was created from various data sources, including oil and gas well geophysical logs and drill cuttings, water well logs, seismic shothole records, outcrops from field and remote observations, as well as mineral exploration drilling reports.
