Abstract

This digital dataset contains grids of the top and base elevation surfaces as well as the vertical thickness of the Granite Wash in Alberta.

The grids are based on stratigraphic picks created or compiled and confirmed by Alberta Geological Survey geologists and were modelled using convergent interpolation techniques.

This digital data product is part of the Geothermal Atlas of Alberta, developed under the Mineral Grant provided by the Government of Alberta.
