Abstract

This report is a data release of bulk and clay mineralogy, permeametry and mercury porosimetry analyses, and scanning electron microscope imaging of selected samples from the Duvernay and Muskwa formations for the Alberta Geological Survey project on shale gas resources in Alberta.

We also took a few samples in adjoining formations, such as the Majeau Lake, Beaverhill Lake, Ireton, Fort Simpson, Cooking Lake and Swan Hills. This data release complements our other shale gas reports and data.
