Abstract

This GIS dataset portrays an interpretation of bedrock erosional domains of the Edmonton–Wabamun regional hydrostratigraphic investigation study area. The erosional domains are the product of cyclic fluvial incision and lateral planation that has resulted in a step-form bedrock topography. Five steps are correlated across the study area including incised paleovalleys, low benches, intermediate benches, upper benches, and rugged eroded uplands. Transition/undefined area are not recognized as fluvial in genesis.
