Abstract

This digital data release includes gold grain, kimberlite indicator mineral, and magmatic/metamorphosed massive sulphide indicator mineral data for glacial sediment samples from northwestern Alberta. The samples were collected and processed as part of a joint field project of the Geological Survey of Canada and the Alberta Geological Survey in northwestern Alberta from 2002 to 2006. Surficial sediment samples were collected to obtain indicator minerals for the detection of covered mineral deposits.
