Detailed Soil Survey of the High River Area

Introductory and background information on soils, soil mapping and soil interpretations of the High River area. The soil map is presented on an aerial photo-mosaic base. The photo base aids in identification and location of areas, however the linear and spatial distortion inherent in a photo mosaic must be appreciated. The soil-landscape units delineated on the map are described briefly in the map legend and in greater detail in the report.
