Abstract

This open file report is a listing of all stratigraphic sections used in compiling the Alberta Geological Survey's Report on 'Geology and Resource Potential of Phosphates in Alberta'. All of the stratigraphic details, natural radiation measurements taken with a gamma-ray spectrometer and chemical analyses available appear for each section. Chemical analysis are available for the elements; phosphorous - as P205, vanadium as V ppm and uranium as U ppm. For the most part the data is self-explanatory with all of the information in stratigraphic order: youngest at the top of the page, oldest at the bottom. Each line of data represents a described portion of the section.
